About the Role:
Clean Right Solutions is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team in the Chattanooga, TN area. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning crew that takes pride in delivering spotless results for businesses and commercial spaces. Responsibilities:
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to industry standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Clean interior glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and schedules
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to and from the Monteagle/Chattanooga area job sites
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
